We have had a wonderful experience with several helpers. They are kind, caring and respectful to their person in need. They also provide support for the family in the home. Caregivers are on time and both sensitive and positive. My husband returns their smiles and is glad to see them. I’m highly satisfied and comfortable with their attention, knowledge and ability to serve.

First, I spoke with Melissa Riley. Everything she told me has borne out to be true. Sadly, that has not been my experience with other agencies in Jacksonville. Second, the office staff, Kathy, Jasmine and others are kind, helpful and accessible, even after hours. Third, our home health aide, Nyasia, is absolutely wonderful. She has the training and temperament to help my dad … she’s up to the task. We are very pleased with Senior Helpers. I highly recommend their services.
