I've already said most of what I have to say in the review I wrote for you, but I really appreciate the great communication and prompt attention to any concerns about Dad's needs that I pass along. The staff at Spring Valley seems to do a great job, but senior helpers is what gives us a sense of how dad's doing week by week. And the versatility of your services is greatly appreciated. Thank you!
