Jessica is very attentive and always checking on [FIRST NAME REMOVED] and she is good about talking to him and she will do his find the difference pictures with him So nice that I don’t have to worry about him when I go do all my errands I know she checks on him and makes sure he uses his walker so he doesn’t fall Case is also very good when she was here the one time She will be coming tomorrow very sweet and professional Thank you This is a big help for us

It wasn’t easy to find the right matches for the long, overnight shifts, but Senior Helpers staffing reps were extremely responsive when some of the early caregivers assigned to us just weren’t the right match. We appreciate all they have done to support us.

Communication at Senior Helpers is excellent. Before I signed on, I received a home visit to evaluate our needs. This evaluation was very helpful and an important beginning as we started this journey. I love our helper that comes to our home twice a week. She always arrives with a positive attitude and greets us with a wonderful smile. God knows what we need before we do and we needed Senior Helpers!
