I have come to depend on my assigned caregiver. She shows up and is very attentive with the care she gives to my Veteran/husband. With her help, I have been able to catch up on tasks that I had put off for quite some time. I am most appreciative. In addition, the Senior Helper's office staff is on top of everything. They have helped to work around my schedule when needed.

I like that aides are committed to assisting my husband with his changing needs as his dementia and Parkinson disease is progressing. I like that the scheduler is open to listening to what works best in our home and what doesn't. The office is prompt in letting us know if a aide is sick or their car has broken down. As we know life happens and they are willing to provide replacement if needed.
