Good chance to talk to someone twice a week about anything you both want to discuss.
Get to know someone unfamiliar to you that you can trust.

Once in awhile we’ve gone to Olbrich

I like one helper, Michelle Bearder. Otherwise, waste of my time & yours. You hire, send ppl out w/ NO check on whether they can even perform everyday tasks! Can they make a bed, clean refrigerator just basically, use different vacuums, load dishwasher so things don't fly all over or break, know how these new high efficiency washing machines work (or don't as is more precisely the case), go to market or close-by store and GET what I've asked for, fold simple laundry, heat food in micro without exploding it, sweep or dry vacuum a floor? Simple things but I shouldn't have to train the help on how to fold a contour sheet, for instance. I like to detail what I need once then let them come in and perform it. Not my job to show how a bed is made properly. Most have stood around and waited for directions. Even lists don't work till you've shown them a few times. Often too exhausting for me. Michelle just comes in & gets to it. She's in demand for that quality. It's a balance between doing a good quick job & too many who have been too afraid they'll do something wrong. Amen!
