Isabel is an absolutely amazing aide! Her care and attention are truly outstanding, and I feel so grateful to have her in our home. Since she started, it feels like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders-she is a true lifesaver. She strikes the perfect balance with my Dad: giving him the space and independence he values while remaining highly attentive to his needs at all times. Her presence brings both comfort and peace of mind to our entire crazy FAMILY. I couldn’t ask for better care!! Changes in scheduling are addressed promptly and an alternative is always offered. Communication is quick via text or telephone. Senior helpers is professionally managed but in a very down-to-earth way. Taylor has a wonderful sense for matching staff to clients - so important for our seniors. It’s been a pleasure working with Senior Helpers!
