The staff I speak with is very courteous and listens to my and my wife’s needs. When primary caregiver had to be out they worked with me well. Primary caregiver (Lorie Medlar) is fantastic! I think Rexanne enjoys spending time with her more than she does with me. We are extremely pleased.
