You were always able to cover shifts. You were able to set things up quickly. Your dementia training is impressive. Paul was very informative and empathetic. Any concerns were taken very seriously and changed immediately. Most of the caregivers are great. Communication is good and Andi is easy to work with and helpful.

Senior Helpers Services, from our brief experience, meets the request for specific needs, and, carefully monitors the well-being, of the target client. Services are administered with precise care, with expressing compassion and empathy. The caregivers are respectful and patient, as often the client requires time to complete specific action steps. Additionally, the Caregivers demonstrate the ability to engage in conversations with the client, and, the atmosphere, in the home is uplifting and vibrant, as topics can be informational, sharing experiences and offering support and encouragement for further discussion. To date, the services and caregivers are appreciated.
