"Our" senior helper has been a god-send. My neighbor always tells me about the day's activities. In the initial meeting, we were asked what my neighbor enjoyed doing and our helper has done her best to accommodate these. Because my neighbor is sadly becoming more and more forgetful, the helper stays in touch to let me know what she has noticed so that we can start thinking about the ways in which we can better help.
Office Staff provides excellent support especially assisting new and intermediary help get acquainted with home routines and needs when the permanent care giver is sick or unable to perform normal shifts. Especially thank Danielle for her help to relieve me of the painstaking task of informing care givers herself .
I’ve been using Senior helpers of the Penninsula for about two weeks now. This is my following observation and evaluation thus far:
Michael Classen client service manager is very caring and compassionate and understanding and willing to work with me & very professional as well. Excellent customer service on all levels with everyone I’ve spoken to from the agency thus far.
