I appreciate being able to reach staff when needed and having an answering service for after hours. I also appreciate caregivers and staff who are cheerful and have a positive outlook. Senior Helpers sent a wonderful aide to help me after I had surgery. I could not have been more satisfied with the help I received. Nancy arrived on time and was compassionate, shopped and cooked a delicious meal for me. The staff at Senior Helpers was efficient and flexible in providing excellent service. I would unequivocally recommend them and would definitely use their services in the future if needed.

Lea is compassionate and patient. I recommend that she come to see and evaluate your loved one for what services may be needed. Debbie has been an outstanding caregiver. She communicates well and is compassionate. She is always ready to do whatever is asked including running errands, cooking and preparing meals and putting out cat food and litter scooping. She even spends time playing with the cat.

Well trained and competent caregivers. Scheduling is accommodating. No paperwork. They are immediately responsive when I need them for a question or a change. Supervisors oversee the caregivers and patient with personal visits.
