Scheduling staff is efficient and communicative about any issues. Executive team is top and make you feel heard, seen and supported. Caregivers are for the most part very good: they perform a tough job and are mostly open to input from clients when issues arise on job performance. When it’s not a good fit with a caregiver, management and the scheduling team will find a new caregiver who may be more suitable for your loved one. Overall Senior Helpers Santa Barbara is an excellent organization.

Senior Helpers is a great resource, kind, flexible and able to multi task. Helping around the house makes it possible for a senior to stay at home longer. the regular companionship for someone who is not driving anymore is an important element. It is long term Investing in health, instead of responding to illness. For Seniors that need help after a hospital stay, Taking medications, exercise, eating right, appointments, shopping .... are key to staying out of trouble, beyond recovery, Wellness is the goal. I can't thank them enough.

Immediate response to my texts; Notified if an employee has called in sick and asks if I want or need a replacement. Paperwork is submitted to my Long Term Care Insurance Company in a timely manner. Caregivers receive support and training. Excellent caregivers.

Ease of scheduling and dependability of caregivers. When am out of town I can fully enjoy my vacation when I know Senior Helpers can assist with checking in with my brother. My brother, Robert really enjoyed having consistent caregivers where he could make a connection. Note from Robert; He felt, “working together with Nona was a good time, she seemed genuinely interested in communicating with me and enjoyed the music selections for daily entertainment”.
