She is very supportive, cheerful, and brings light into our day when she is here. We’ve lived in two different communities since we moved to Orange County and have been more than satisfied with the helpers you’ve sent to us. They really listen to what kind of caregiver you think would work best with our loved one. They also check in often to see how everything went. The only thing I think could be improved is billing just for the time contracted for. If the caregiver leaves my house at 4 then the billing should stop at 4 not when they are in their car trying to check out. I contract from 2-4 so that’s what I should be billed for!

You have consistently had your helpers show up just as scheduled except for one day.. That is so important! Also, they’ve watched my husband very well, but also fixed his meals and taken him on walks.

We have been able to have the same caregiver for quite a while. Our loved one prefers not to have multiple caregivers. But it would be nice to have someone who speaks English as first language.
