The services are excellent! The caregivers are caring, competent and supportive. My mom has a special relationship with them. We have been blessed to have trusted staff taking care of our mom so that she could stay in her home. Lacy made sure we had someone whenever we called because our schedule sometimes changed from week to week on what she needed for how many hours she needed. It took a lot of stress off to know she was in good hands and that they were bridging the gap between what family did and what she could no longer do when we family couldn’t be there. Lacy along with the staff always listen to any concerns we had about our mom and had creative ideas on how to help. We could never thank senior helpers enough for all they have done.

Senior Helpers of Lincoln stepped in at a time when we needed some support. From the beginning, the staff was kind and responsive. They listened to our concerns. The assessment they did helped us see how sing some additional support in the home could keep mom safer and improve her day to day life. They have been easy to work with, communication is excellent and their flat hourly feel and 1 hour minimum is exactly what we needed.

It is personable: in that it is tailored to each individual’s needs and desires. It is adjustable and seeks to please the client. So wonderful! It employs intelligent, positive, caring people that are respectful of all kinds of disabilities and challenges individuals in need face. And then they train them to work within necessary environments.
