Excellent caregivers who have taken very good care of me. Specially Sadiya Mohamud. Others also, but Sadiya is exceptional. Also excellent customer service and attention from Robin, Monica, Barbara and Frances. Of course, Mark Friedman, who came to meet me on a Sunday when I was in Spaulding Brighton rehab hospital. It was his attention that first sold me on Senior Helpers. I don’t regret my decision!

Senior Helper's staff is wonderful in navigating and finding caregiver help at the last minute. Although it rarely happens, when a caregiver calls out, Senior Helper's staff immediately and very professionally finds a caregiver replacement. Also, when my family has had to change the caregiver schedule, the 24 hour turnaround response has been amazing!

Myrtha is a treasure! She is constantly aware and trying to help. She's strong and has done a marvelous job with the SalonPas on my needed areas. I have confidence in her. Heloisa is sweet & willing, but will not do anything on her own initiative, such as taking dishes from the table or saying she's noticed something that needs to be done around the house. As you know, the others (Marie/Lodia, Kerwin) have not been a credit to you. I credit Myrtha with my good progress. I'm coming along and can foresee when we'll be able to be on our own again.
