I liked that employees responded quickly to my calls and texts. Angie Johnson was the person I was in contact with most often. She was especially helpful. I also appreciated that the senior helper was available to work short shifts because that is all I could afford.

I worked in a retirement community for 20 years and have seen the good, the bad, and the ugly. I can honestly say that the staff here are wonderful, caring individuals. My father originally selected another service provider, but they backed out last minute. The owner met with us and got care arranged on short notice. The few concerns we had were immediately addressed, and I am so very thankful for the wonderful people that assisted my family during a very challenging time. Thank you all! :)

Angie and her team at Cedarhurst - Tesson Heights in St. Louis, MO are the ideal team to support families when the need arises. I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Angie and her team. Their level of care meets whatever is needed and done with genuine care, love and thoughtfulness. They reply almost immediately whenever I reached out with a request or need to get my mom ready for the day or an appointment. They checked on her repeatedly throughout the day, made sure she attended not only meals but engaged in the activities provided by the community. My mom did not get out of her apartment much at all until Senior Helpers gently and lovingly wouldn't take no for an answer and shared the joy and feeling of community my mom would experience by getting out of her apartment. I say with certainty my mother's enjoyment, acceptance and general quality of life increased exponentially the week we reached out to Senior Helpers.
