Excellent customer services, professional nursing care and outstanding caregivers. Small challenges with caregiver scheduling, however, that comes with a growing small business. Perhaps there's a need for enhanced VA social work communication. This is essential when a patient is in need of more caregiver hours. Clear justification for such hours must be communicated effectively. More importantly, safety issues identified must require immediate action in order for these issues become a liability.

The senior helpers are very reliable and responsible. They help with my husband transportation when necessary. They assist with his meals. Keep his room and bath room clean. They take him for haircuts, Assist with med reminders.
Makes my daily life manageable.
He is more active than he was before they started working with him. Thanks Seniors Helpers❤️

My husband is a retired vietnam veteran. We have two helpers who come to take care of him. They are more than helpers. I feel like they are part of the family. They always ask if there is something else they can do. They talk to him about the marines and all the places we have been. They help with cleaning and making sure his coffee cup is always filled. LOL. I would definitely recommend senior helpers.

Our caregiver, Emily. She is dependable, courteous, and truly cares for her clients and their family. If there is a problem, it is addressed very quickly. We have had no problem with this with Emily from day 1.
Her supervisor, Tammy, is also very "reachable" for any questions we may have, or schedule change.
