I only needed a companion to accompany me to and from an outpatient surgical procedure, so her duties were minimal. But she was an absolute delight as a companion, and I would request her again if I needed the service again.

I was very fortunate to have Vivian to aid me in my recovery from hip replacement surgery‼️It was my first time having someone taking care me‼️She was the most special person and was wonderful to have here ! She was articulate, kind and devoted and I am grateful to have had her in my life! My family feels the same way and, although I was sad to see her go, I felt well enough to navigate on my own with caution! I cannot say anything negatively about my experience and Thank You for sending her to me!! She was a real GIFT !

I think the services are very individualized with considerable thought given to the assignment. However, despite all these efforts, there seems to be the need for better knowledge of the general care of an older person and the need to seek help when an indiviidual does not know something. This is totally ok but communiication is very important and asking the questions are necessary.
