The helpers tailor my care to MY wants and needs on a daily basis. They are always professional, pleasant and knowledgeable in their field. They take an interest in me, and help with things I likes to do, (ie. cooking, indoor gardening.) I consider Senior Helpers to be the best home care service out there.

Office staff is friendly and helpful. Most caregivers have worked well, and when it's not a match, we usually get a replacement pretty quickly. Mostly communication between office and client is pretty good – however, I have also seen a lack in communication of changes in daily caregivers – replacements if you will, Will show up and I was not aware. But overall, it's good. The one area I've not been happy with is the after hours or weekend responses – when I call to get help on the weekends sometimes I get a response and sometimes I don't. Usually I do though because I will call 10 times if I have to. Other than that I have been pretty happy with SENIOR HELPERS.
