Great communication and follow-up with family members from the staff, as needed. Good customer service skills is critical to peace of mind for family members and clients. Expedient response times from inquiries is very helpful especially when dealing with insurance companies for 3rd party reimbursement.

My mom really likes here caretaker and that’s important for my brother and I, and Friday is the day she takes care of my mom. That’s the day we don’t have to worry about her. I live in CA and with the pandemic in full force, it’s not assessable for travel.
