Our CNA Donna is wonderful with my husband. She’s kind, caring, compassionate and treats him with respect. My husband is not very conversational but she talks with him anyway. She’s our angel sent to help my husband in his time of need, making sure he’s comfortable and happy at home. I hope she’ll be with us for a long time.

Great communication and follow-up with family members from the staff, as needed. Good customer service skills is critical to peace of mind for family members and clients. Expedient response times from inquiries is very helpful especially when dealing with insurance companies for 3rd party reimbursement.
