Sue, the owner, was very nice, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. We spoke to her several times on the phone and she came to the house when the assessment for my dad was done and gave us more info. The caregivers who were scheduled showed up on time (except for one person who was a few minutes late), were friendly and ready to help my dad with whatever was needed. We played a few hands of cards with one person and listened to some jazz and discussed music with another caregiver. A few of the caregivers helped with doing the dishes and some laundry, which was helpful.

The leaders of this group are always ready to help if we have any kind of problems and are good to listen. I wouldn’t want to give the senior helpers up

Sue and Marcus were absolutely wonderful to me and Bill. Sue explained everything thoroughly. Was so sweet and kind to Bill. In spite of his dementia. Marcus wanted to help in so many ways, cooking, laundry, etc. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. Senior Helpers are just really good and caring people.
