First of all the fact that the carer that was assigned to me is a perfect match for my needs and personality. Importantly there is a backup person if my carer is not available when I am in need. The ability to be able to call and make changes to the schedule if needed.

You have done so many things to help me and I can’t thank you enough! Help to organize my apartment, transportation to the hospital and staying with me to make sure I got registered and up to my room, and such lovely people to help me ! Very professional and the caregivers are amazing. They truly care about my mom and provide her the best care possible. I highly recommend them. They are truly lifesavers. I live in FL and my mom lives in MD. My mom is a diabetic with beginning stages of dementia. With Senior Helpers, she is able to stay in her home. If you are looking for someone to take care of your loved one, you should definitely try them out!
