I had a procedure done on a Wednesday that involved commitment to various times for the whole's day. It was very reassuring to have the Senior Helpers cover aid for both me and my husband. I had to be available for when lab results were evaluated in case further biopsies were required. Unfortunately the last procedure required that I have a responsible adult to drive me back to my Carmel home. The situation became very complicated. Senior helpers were able to recruit another acceptable helper to get us back home because the first helper was committed to another obligation in the later hours of the day. I was extremely grateful to be home.

I appreciate that ,in this day and age of long phone call waits to speak with a live person, I can call the agency and speak directly to either Michael or Rich. I also appreciate that I am contacted when my aide is unable to work a particular day. There is attention to the client's need and they make an attempt to assign someone to fill in for the day.
