In general it was easy to reach Nicole about scheduling changes. There was just one time we never got a call back for a request for expedited care. Jonetta (Jod) Adams was my mother’s aide and a wonderfully caring helpful support for our family. I only wish we met her sooner.

Our need arose on a weekend. You provided help right away. The helpers you sent worked well with my sister, who has dementia. Twice they accompanied on doctor’s appointments. Yasmine did a great job helping to dress my sister, shower her, and do laundry.
