The caregivers from Senior Helpers are professional, caring and trustworthy. They can be depended upon to watch over their client, providing support and companionship.
The management is very receptive to our concerns and questions about caregivers. They are excellent about their training of caregivers and are helpful with addressing our needs.
First, the Administrative office do the very best to help their client. In this case, the Veteran and Caregiver. However, while the Veteran definitely requires 24/7 physical assistance with some difficulty remembering names his memory is otherwise intact-at least, some minor cognitive decline is also noted and finding the right respite care helper seems difficult. They do they’re very best but sometimes it seems difficult as Veteran doesn’t no what personal care they are allowed to do and they’re capability.
Slade and his team are very knowledgeable about dementia. Our caregivers have been very patient and professional with my parents. Senior Helpers is able to accommodate changes in plans and schedules quickly.
I like Senior Helpers professionalism and their willingness to help in whatever way is needed. All of the caregivers have been polite, friendly and dependable. And whenever there had been a delay or change in caregiver arrival, I know that Elizabeth or Slade or both will be on the spot, ready to offer help or even to take the caregiver’s place if necessary.
I like that you stay connected with the client and family in a very friendly, supportive, helpful way. I appreciate being able to call the office and get advice and answers to questions that I have in a timely manner. I also have confidence that the caregivers are well-trained, vetted, and experienced. I feel very supported by Senior Helpers!
