Your very first helper (Blanca) has been a great help and very professional in her handling of our issues. This leads me to believe that you put a fair amount of consideration into our needs and assigned what you thought would best help us. I don’t think it was luck, I think you put all the parameters into thought and this was the best choice. For us it has worked out very well. I can only imagine that this is the process you go through for all your clients. For that reason I would and have directed people your way.
