Slade is so easy to talk to and work with as well as anyone I have been on the phone with. I receive immediate communication, easy scheduling. The two caregivers we have used, Deron and Jeremy have both been wonderful. Friendly, thoughtful, informed. They keep my husband engaged, make suggestions for activities. They have both offered to help with any housework or tasks. I was concerned my husband would not want to participate in the program but he is very comfortable with both Deron and Jeremy.

First, the Administrative office do the very best to help their client. In this case, the Veteran and Caregiver. However, while the Veteran definitely requires 24/7 physical assistance with some difficulty remembering names his memory is otherwise intact-at least, some minor cognitive decline is also noted and finding the right respite care helper seems difficult. They do they’re very best but sometimes it seems difficult as Veteran doesn’t no what personal care they are allowed to do and they’re capability.
