One thing I really like is you offer one hour service. I also appreciate that I have the same caregiver each time and that she will come at 5:00 in the morning, which is very very helpful. The care giver is very prompt and has a very caring attitude. (I like her) She also follows instructions well and is very patient with me. She also helps me keep track of the time so I can stay within the hour. It would be very helpful if when the caregiver can’t come that I would be contacted immediately to let me know and explain what options I might have. Also it would be nice if there was a way to contact you after hours if something comes up on my end
