I like that you offer a one hour block. I like your web site. It is very easy to see who is working and I like that I can check the invoices. It has also been easy to reschedule if need be. The care givers who have come have been very professional. It was reassuring that I could talk to someone after hours during an emergency. Just to inform you I have had a few problems with caregivers coming late when they have to come up from St George. Also the client information sheet needs to include where my bed room is located some haven’t been able to find it.

People working for your service seem to be very quality type people, punctual, friendly, patient and do a good job. Carly, in the office has been very good about helping me change schedule or fill gaps when my scheduling has changed. I like the fact that you have a one hour shift. I like the online calendar so I can confirm that times needed are covered Areas to work on: 1. Your advertise 24 seven.
