One thing I really like is you offer one hour service. I also appreciate that I have the same caregiver each time and that she will come at 5:00 in the morning, which is very very helpful. The care giver is very prompt and has a very caring attitude. (I like her) She also follows instructions well and is very patient with me. She also helps me keep track of the time so I can stay within the hour. It would be very helpful if when the caregiver can’t come that I would be contacted immediately to let me know and explain what options I might have. Also it would be nice if there was a way to contact you after hours if something comes up on my end

The girls are always on time and no calling sick. And when they can't come the company sends another one. The only thing I would like is a call to let me know if they are sending a new girl to give me a heads up so I can have my husband ready to show her what needs to be done that day.
