Seretonin has been a lifesaver for me. I went through menopause early. I am a very active runner and exercise 5-6 x per week. When I starting having symptoms I gained 20 pounds of weight and I was running over 30 miles a week. I tried every exercise, probiotic, pill, cream, supplement. Nothing helped until HRT. The pellets helped me lose all my menopausal weight. It took me 3 years but I am now back to where I was and it is all because of my hormones and daily exercise program and diet. I am so grateful for Seretonin Centers and I will be a forever client. My advice to anyone who is just beginning down this road get them before you pack on the menopausal weight start early at the first symptoms so you don’t have to play catch up the extra weight just won’t stick and you don’t have to go through losing it. One of the hardest things was working so hard to lose it and I wouldn’t come off it just kept adding. I hope this helps someone.
