We had some messy water damage from a broken pipe in the bathroom that seeped into the hall and a bedroom. While you were here, you were fast, friendly, communicate well by keeping us informed of every step and cleaned up after yourselves. We will be having Service Master back for the repairs

They worked to keep as little disruption to the household as possible. They kept me informed when they arrived and left the site and when they would be back. They left with the site very clean. They did well in not causing dust and dirt to my clothes and furniture. I felt they missed an area, but the tech disagreed. I then coveyed to management and he sent out someone to review the site and agreed to further water damage. Aside from the one negative I felt they did a good job and would recommend them to my friends.
