When I had a leak that impacted, not only my unit put the unit below me, Service Master was there right away and helped to calm my fears. They walked me through the process every step of the way. They worked well with my insurance company and wverything went quite smoothly. They were responsive, professional, polite and easy to work with. I could not have asked for a more friendly or professional team of individuals to assist me.

They came in and were careful to not damage anything unnecessarily so that I could spend less on repairs. My water damage was clean water and they dried out my drywall instead of tearing it out. My baseboards were dried in place. My repairs are minimal. I don’t even have to repaint. I’m very happy with the way they were concerned about our costs.

The workers from Service Masters are very professional, friendly, and focused on delivering a good service. Of particular mention they were present to start mitigation of a flood in our house within an hour on a Sunday. Thereafter the same attitude continued throughout the 10 days
they worked diligently to complete the project. Their work is clean and thorough. I do not look forward of course of another flooding event but, if one happens by accident I have their contact in my phone to be on the ready mode which I will also pass on to others. Kudos to them!

The team. Everyone we worked with were super professional and very helpful especially given the difficult situation we were going through.
