Benny was very communicative. He kept me in the loop regarding what was going on and explained to me the entire process a few times. I had no issues whatsoever. He was very friendly, polite and courteous to me and to my family when I was at work. Thank you Benny.
Project manager David Juarez was great! Good communication and prompt arrivals when getting rid of my water soaked flooring. However Service Master offices have difficulty with knowing what the different Service Master divisions are doing. Example, I was told that I could call "Service Master Clean" in Either Temecula or Escondido to clean and seal my travertine flooring. I first called Escondido and was told they can't do it because all their workers were gone helping hurricane victims back east. Then I said I would call the Temecula division and was told that their office closed down. Wasted a lot of time on the phone waiting for call backs from the offices and ended up having to call back myself only to be told they couldn't do the job.
My favorite person that came out was David Juarez!!! He was professional kind empathetic and caring he did an amazing job for four days with the dry out I could not ask for more. As far as the rest of the company I was thoroughly disappointed and went in a different direction
Sabrina Zimmerman was my contact person. She gave clear, thorough explanations of what needed to happen and the order things should happen in. She was prompt with returning missed calls. She answered every question - even if she had to find out and call me back.
This is a difficult situation--damage in your home requiring multiple visits by people and LOUD equipment. Your staff were all very polite, professional, and understanding and all of them were terrific about communication (letting me know when they were coming, making sure the times would work for me). Thanks for all you did.
