I think everyone one of the men I delt with was kind, understanding, and knowledgeable. I want to give a shout out to Joe Kocott he helped me so much. The plumber I had charged me twice 252.00 and he went to bat for me. To try to get my money back. He told me he hates when people take advantage of other people. It happens to me all the time. But he is a valued employee and a great asset to the company. Please let him know how outstanding he was to me.

Well trained teams of employees visited multiple times after a leaking pipe created a problem in my kitchen. The water puddled in the lowest point in the kitchen floor (a corner under refrigerator). Before the first team's arrival, we moved the refrigerator to middle of kitchen and mopped up the puddle and washed floor with diluted chlorine bleach. The leak found a way behind cabinetry and onto the carpeted hallway outside the kitchen. The visiting teams were polite and personable. They were skilled and efficient in the work.

Brian Urey was my point of contact at the office who first responded to my call and did an excellent job explaining the restoration process and expectations. He was exceedingly polite and patient in every discussion we had (as were the rest of the employees I later encountered). I was very impressed that they were able to get a technician at my house the same day I called to start diagnosing the water damage and formulate a scope of work. They were available to start work the next business day. The software they use to generate the scopes of work gives a very detailed accounting of dozens of line items for the restoration, and not simply a rough estimate. I was able to see the exact figures they used to calculate the hourly and square footage costs. Quentin was the lead technician I worked with most frequently throughout the process. He had extensive knowledge of the restoration process, and had an excellent demeanor and such a friendly attitude which was reassuring for such a stressful situation. The other team members Jeff, Shawn, and Andy, also did a fantastic job with the plaster removal, dust containment, sanitization, and dehumidification efforts. I was comfortable with them working in the house, and had no doubt that they were doing everything possible to be as efficient, thorough, and clean as possible. They take a very detailed accounting of the process with detailed moisture measurements and photographic evidence. I was very pleased with the results, and am confident that the area is disinfected and below the moisture thresholds for future issues. It is very apparent that ServiceMaster places great emphasis on customer service with all of their employees, as each member of the team that I interacted with was extremely polite and respectful with my family, time, and property. They were prompt and courteous with notifying me of their estimated arrival time. They took great care to ensure that they were as minimally disruptive as possible, but kept me informed throughout the entire process. In short, they did everything I could have hoped to ensure I was a happy and satisfied customer.

My house suffered from a lot of water damage. The ServiceMaster remediation team has been awesome. They arrived very quickly after my first call. They were very knowledgeable and always on time. They kept me informed during every step, and they dried everything out quickly. I would work them again.

ServiceMaster was quick in sending their people out to perform a clean and restoration of my basement which had recent flood damage. The technicians were very professional and did the work quickly and efficiently. They did an excellent job of cleaning up all debris from the carpet removal and explaining all of the work that they were doing. Would definitely recommend.
