Everything from start to finish went flawless. Customer service from all levels was awesome. Everyone worked with my crazy late schedule. The two guys who came out the first night and set everything up (unfortunately, I can't recall names right now), were both cat guys and were acutely aware I had a cat, who was extremely frightened of everything thing going on. They even tried to play with her (😊). They made sure the front door was closed each time the went in and out to ensure she didn't get out. They explained everything they were going to do during the entire process. My only complaint, is that I was very adamant about the appointment time being 6pm. I told the gal who answers the phone and schedules that I work an hour from home. She called me about 45 mintes before that time to tell me they were in route to my home. I repeated to her I was not there and at work, she said she would let them know. She didn't. The guys were waiting for me and said they never received a call advising them that I was still at work. This happened each time I scheduled. My advice; a schedule is set for a reason and it should be honored.
I wasn't there when they did the work, but according to the lessee I should give them a 9. Eric called me and gave the details of what they did. His diction is good, he spoke not so fast and not so slow and I like that because I'm a Pilipino and old and it is very important to me to easily understand the people I'm speaking with. Eric is very knowledgable of his job that I didn't have to ask him a lot for I understood everything that he recited to me. He even told me to ask his office to walk me though about the document that I would later receive from the office. I am giving a rating of more than 10!
Where do I start with Service Master?? First of all after heavy rains the ceiling in a bunch of places in the house started leaking. We were traumatized. My daughter’s room had to be taken out- even the furniture. Jakob, Eddie, Norman and George were amazing. Personable, compassionate, and didn’t make us feel like “just crap we have to deal with on a daily basis.” Truly felt cared for in this company’s hands, especially those employees. The customer service is stellar. We didn’t have to chase them, and they never cancelled on us. Phone calls were answered, and we felt safe. Thank you so much for such an amazing restoration job. We are truly happy. Amidst all of this chaos, our family is so thankful and happy with Service Master.
I appreciated the professionalism of the 3 representatives with whom I interacted. Jacob, Eddie and a young lady appeared to work quickly and efficiently and were pleasant in their interactions with me
I felt that they had been well trained in what to do
