Jake. Jake was absolutely fantastic. Professional, courteous, laid back and honest. He was up front with me about what the process would entail and made me feel like I was the only customer in the world to him. Good customer service is hard to find, Jake is a shining star in an otherwise bleak abyss of darkness. I would definitely recommend, and already have, this service to a friend.

Jake was very prompt arriving. I immediately felt comfortable with his presence as he was genuine and concerned about my water damage. He warned me about the resale value of my home if it isn’t properly taken care of! He was diligent to explain his process of water restoration with great detail and patient to share the info in a variety of different ways for me to understand the procedure. He also made himself available for further questions or concerns throughout his work.

The two men who came to our house, arrived quickly after the call...6:30 at night and stayed late to clean up. They did as they said they would at the time they specified. They were complete, professional, and friendly. They completed the job efficiently, and stayed to offer information to the insurance person. We could not say enough good things about them to our friends when we told our story of the bathroom's destruction.
