All of your staff are very attentive and responsive to my needs. I know when I call I can count on getting everything I need to resolve claims in a timely manner and with the upmost support. One person in particular, Matt Struven, is someone I rely on heavily. He is very organized, timely and provides excellent customer service. Thank you!

My emergency required a speedy response and when the men arrived they were friendly, efficient and even carried large containers of soaking wet towels and clothes from the lower bedrooms up to the porch where I could start getting things dried out. Hooray for strong young arms. Each group of men who have worked here seemed to have known their business and kept me informed about "what was next". Thanks... we've got a long way to go but thanks for the good start.

Carpenters and packers and movers did a major job with courtesy and high professionalism. Less high marks for subcontractors. A comment - A small bronze horse sculpture disappeared, and has very great sentimental value. I eventually found it after four days and nights searching - probably where I had put it at the start of all this. A very very great relief to have found it. Broken ormalu crest at top of antique dish armour. My internet search so far indicates value at $100-500. Tile setter did an excellent job, but helped himself to my stepladder and left it unclean with grout smears. Bathroom light fixture not re-centered. Shower doors of very flimsy material, probably not Code compliant. Very thin and flexible, think it's some sort of plastic or fiberglas material. Four raw vertical edges should have matching metal edging. I would have settled for clear tempered glass instead of this if anyone had asked. Sink cabinet not as good as the original, no drawers and unpainted interior. Carpet installer apparently tore out office surface mounted phone wiring and outlet. Need a phone guy to fix this, I guess. Flooring company itself was very good and prompt at resolving wrong color carpet supplied. And I thought the carpet and flooring installer himself did amazing and fast work. PS - I am a retired architect with 50 years of experience, and can be very picky, but had very few problems with this job.
