Barbara and her crew did an excellent job. They went out of their way to move and secure my tenant's belongings even though the tenant was supposed to remove them from the property. The other crew did a great job sealing the wood in the area that the fire occurred.

Crew went about their work deliberately and professionally. I never had a concern that the work would not be completed correctly. The crew members were personable, and considered my feelings in all their actions. Frankly, I was concerned at first with the magnitude of the task, but after watching and communicating with the crew through the first half day I realized they had the total situation under control. The final result is great--the basement is again clean and usable!

I got a quote from another firm-they only quoted online. Service master came out in person to review the apartment egress as well as what I wanted cleaned. The quote was $200 less than the other national firm! Everything was done efficiently and thoroughly. My only question was how long it took for the carpets and sofa cushions to dry. Add several days to your quote!

We used service master after having significant smoke damage to our home. Skip and Jeff provided consistent communication through the whole process, helped to deal with the insurance company, and completed the work before our original estimated date of completion! Our house looks 100x better than it did when we started, their work was perfect. They packed and moved all of our belongings and stored them and cleaned them while the work was being completed on our home. Everything was returned to us in an organized fashion and in perfect condition! They made an extremely stressful and overwhelming situation so much easier.

I had the distinct pleasure of working with ServiceMaster on 2 independently separate projects, one big one where my mothers house was struck by lightning which caused an internal electrical fire. The entire house had to be rehabbed, rewired basically, and then put back together again. The entire job was massive and took about 3 months to complete, which I believe if it had been anybody else other than ServiceMaster, the timeline on completing the job would’ve been AT LEAST double! Jeff Bell was the lead contractor on the job, and he was incredibly professional, and kept us informed of the status of the project as we were moving along through it Now Jeff is a general contractor and he had subs from every profession come in and take care of various components of the project. It was seriously like putting Humpty Dumpty back together again. Throughout the project, Jeff communicated clearly with us as to what he was going to do, and invited our input on some improvements, which we didn’t expect, but we were delighted with how the entire job turned out!! Jeff Bell is a unique individual, and in that I want to say that he is not only incredibly knowledgeable, but he is also the kindest individual that I have ever come across in this industry as well as trust worthy, which is rarity!! I would hire him in a hot minute for any project that falls within his purview. Thank you Jeff, you are a wonderful human being with an incredible work ethic all on top of being kind al, honest, and I trust that you are going to do the job that you say you were going to do because I know you are meticulous. I will forever be indebted to you for the kindness that you’ve shown to me, my mom, and my brother!!! ServiceMaster, Jeff Bell, you are the best!!

ServiceMaster has been wonderful! After the shock of going through a fire with smoke damage, we were assisted by a team of ServiceMaster employees who were kind, respectful and patient with us as they cleaned, organized and restored our home. We were able to return to our home in a few months. We had additional work where the fire took place, and they did a great job with the continued work as well. Each person we dealt with was knowledgeable and would ask us how we wanted things and made sure what was done was to our satisfaction. We can not say enough good things about this Company. Skip, John and crew are some of the best people we’ve ever worked with.
