The work was extremely well done, and in a very timely manner. The workers were clean, polite, efficient, and cleaned up after themselves so I didn't have to do anything. Jose, the person in charge of coordinating everything, was always available by phone and made frequent visits to see how the job was progressing. I'm absolutely satisfied.
The crew...Synan Bunband, Andrew Kelly, Ricky Rodriguez + guy that came with Synan the first day. The group was professional, understanding, patient, helpful and all had a sense of humor during this terrible time for us.
I appreciate their help and making this process as easy as possible. I feel they all deserve a raise for being so understanding and making this process easy. They did a great job!!
Each and every one of the restoration crew including their manager Dave Liddle were professional and thorough in everything they did to begin restoring the house back to some sense of order. They came in immediately with fans to air out the entire house and then literally scrubbed from top to bottom the entire house as the soot from the basement fire had permeated the entire upstairs. Each day Dave would call or text me to let me know what time they would be there and the plan for the day. I cannot begin to say in words how empathetic they all were. If they weren't re-packing boxes that had been destroyed by all the water, they were scrubbing ceilings, washing down all cabinets, etc. They totally functioned like a team with each one of them knowing what their job would be next. It was amazing: almost like watching a dance they were all so coordinated in their efforts. I couldn't have been more happy when I would hear from Dave to tell me they were on their way! Dave is one of the best leaders I have witnessed!
Quick response time and all the guys are so friendly, then they keep a close watch on all machines and business they are taking care of. They are very quick to respond by phone also just plain GOOD QUALITY HONEST business. And yes then there's John he was my favorite as he was here last time when I had the same problem, this guy went way out of his way to help me through this AGAIN and he was my ear to vent in with all my problems. He is one good guy and I appreciate Jeremiah sending him my way again I can't express enough how much I appreciate our Bakersfield ServiceMaster. Thank You very much again.
The professional manner in which they conducted their services. In particular how attentive they were to listening to our needs and how quickly they responded to all our inquiries regardless of the hour. Customer services were superb especially from our contract manager Mr. Monte Gardner and his assistant. We are extremely delighted with the end result of having our beautiful and comfortable home rebuild.
I was really pleased with the team from Servicemaster of Bakersfield. D and Pedro were incredibly hard-working and diligent in completing the necessary tasks to restore my master bathroom to a level that far surpassed my expectations. The team was sensitive to my household needs (napping toddler from 1-3), conscientious about budget constraints, and did an excellent job communicating with me throughout the project. The teams of independent support contractors used by Servicemaster of Bakersfield were terrific. From now on, Servicemaster of Bakersfield will be the first company I will call for repair/restoration/remodel!
Please note that this 10 is ONLY for the build-back, which was superb. I am not including the inventory and return of my possessions; if I did the score would be dragged down considerably. So, speaking only of the build-back, Monte Gardner, Danielle Marks, and the others on the team went the extra mile to make sure I had the house of my dreams.
Monty was outstanding and went out of his way to be sure we had what we needed and he kept in constant touch by text so even if we were not at the house we knew what was happening.
The girls who packed and unpacked our things did a great job and Sylvia was very good in keeping things moving.
The part that did not go well was laundry as they lost several things which was disappointing.
