Arrived to work everyday as scheduled on time or early. Professional business, working out everything with insurer. Cleaned areas at end of each day. Craftsmen were very skilled. General contractor stopped often, called us to coordinate and to answer questions and make sure we were satisfied with work thus far. No "surprises".

The reason that I would recommend Service Master for Mold Mitigation and removal of effected material is because of Ricky Rodriguez. Ricky was professional, respectful, thorough, and explained the process well. The demolition and clean up were both done in a organized and well planned process. Ricky and his associate worked well together and utilized the equipment needed for moisture removal and kept our home clean during the process. Thank You!

From the start, they called when they said they would, showed up on time and began work immediately. These guys were great! Polite, professional and thorough. They moved heavy items, covered my countertops to prevent damage, brought their own boxes in to help us pack up our things and left our house clean and ready for the repairs to begin. I would highly recommend them

Where do I begin? Our entire house flooded while we were gone. When we returned, we found the water and I immediately called my insurance company. They recommended ServiceMaster and I agreed. IMMEDIATELY, I received a call and a visit to assess the damage and to explain the process to get us back in our home. The people I worked with at ServiceMaster were very reassuring, helpful and always available. I really felt like they had our interests at heart. Even though the process was very long (6 1/2 months), I felt that ServiceMaster acted completely professional, followed through on promises made and really made me feel that they were concerned with our displacement and would do their best to make our home wonderful again. They did! I wholeheartedly endorse ServiceMaster and would absolutely recommend them to anyone who is a similar situation. Thank you ServiceMaster and your great team!
