I am in the process of having some restoration done to my home due to damages from a defect in my bath tub up stairs, as of now every team here at service masters that have assisted in moving the process forward has been great, they are very professional great communication with updates and has educated me on qiet a bit, and I am very pleased with each team across the board, I look forward to seeing the finished product after the construction team is complete with it I certainly so far would recommend service masters to anyone who needs work to be completed and done right with precision

Augie Ruiz Flood supervisor was called by my friend. When my friend came over while, the fire department was cleaning the water out of my home after the 5 pm house fire. AUGIE RUIZ was there till almost midnight Augie, was there 6 days later my airbnb had a small flood Augie was there. God has carried me through the fire 🔥 than through the flood. Augie would say Service Master will be here for you from beginning to end. Thank you Maria Martinez,15 years experience Itemizing, Inventory, packing supervisor Maria goes above and beyond her duties. This group is very friendly and helpful. She kept me informed of all the phone numbers I needed in case I lost business cards of different people that pertain to my case. Thank you Maria You all are just a beautiful bunch. Brayan, Itemizing, Inventory, packing supervisor This guy is great and friendly. He drives the big truck. Always ready to help keeps you informed of all things. That pertains to my garments, my inventory, packing of my items. Mercedes, When this group started mercedes, was there from day one all the way to the last day. I believe it was five or six days. This group of women are so sweet, kind and caring. Mercedes also has a heart of gold. Angela, Lily, Virgie These three women are very sweet. They have a heart of gold. Thank you they keep to themselves, but they always take care of your items as they itemize and pack. Miguel Flood tech and Gonzalo They were awesome while working on the little flood at the airbnb. They help put some holes in the wall to dry out. Where the leak was coming from. Matthew Is very good at communicating with Leting me know when they are entering the home or what the next step is. We are so impressed with Edwardo and James, we really feel that they are going to do their best for us. Mercedes has been absolutely phenomenal working with us on the clear-out and the cleaning.
