Everyone I dealt with was extremely responsive. All calls we returned promptly, all my concerns were addressed. Every detail in the cleaning process was handled very well. I was happily surprised when we entered the home. My mothers house is not easy to clean because she has a lot of 'stuff' including several walls of books. Every inch was cleaned and sanitized. I needed to get my mother back in her home by 3 pm and as we were driving into her driveway we saw the cleaning crew pull away. It was 3 pm exactly as I requested. Couldn't have asked for a better result. I will gladly recommend Service Master to others. In fact, I already have!
