The service master crew led by Sky diligently worked to uncover and remediate all of the damage in my home. Sky, gave me regular updates, while he, Devin and the other completed their daily goals until the job was done and left my home as clean as possible for next steps. I also appreciated Sky was always happy to answer any questions I may and explain next steps during the process.

They were very thorough; asked questions and kept me abreast of each days work schedule, and at end of day went over what they had done, and what they expected to do the next day. They were very professional; almost hourly communications, very considerate of my home and belongings, with systems to reduce dust and noise, and floor coverings to reduce chance for damage to floors. And they kept my insurance company up to date information wise. THEY WERE A BRIGHT SPOT, during what was a not so bright time in my life.
