They showed up within hours of being called and the franchise owner and team personally showed up to meet me and reassure me the job would be done well. And it was. Everyone on the team was great and treated me great. All the employees also seemed to truly enjoy and respect thier coworkers which I think is important. They were recommended by my insurance company which says something. I definitely recommend them also.

The insurance company called Service Master on my behalf. Before I had finished the call with the insurance company they were calling me. They handled everything. All the wet drywall and insulation were removed, the room was sealed to limit dust to the rest of the house. Dehumidifier were placed and successfully dried out my house. Wish I could get the solar company to move as fast as Service Master.
