First of all, Mr. Jason was nice and explained as he found the damage in my home. Second, Mr. Joseph and the gentleman working with him did a great job taking away the materials, cleaning, and taping the fans cores down making it safe for me to move in my home. I didn't have to leave to home and I was very pleased with that. Thirdly, Mr. Que did well explaining as he checki the water damage and removed fans. Finally, Mr. Jason did the final inspection and removed the last equipments. Overall everybody did a great work. Thank you Service Master.

The project manager ( David Speck) was very prompt and kept me informed every step of the way. He was always available to answer questions. Very professional. The same with the 3 men that actually did the work, came in , did the work in a timely matter. The tech ( Jamison) also checked daily kept me informed was here promptly. Over all the project has gone smoothly thus far. Highly recommend.
