ServiceMaster & Dave Ryan were very helpful with the restoration of my home after major leaks in the roof in early 2019. Dave Ryan, their representative is easy to communicate with and they took care of a few issues that came up during the process. I can't say enough good about this team.
What I liked the most was the availability and communication of the manager running the process, Dave Ryan.
Your group responded so fast and we felt like we were in good hands! Dean was amazing and knew what he was doing. He probably saved us some money by his quick response. He did a great job! Shirley from the office also expedited our situation and was so professional and friendly! Can't say enough about this group!
This was probably one of the hardest things to have to go through as a homeowner. After purchasing our home, we were evacuated by the Carr Fire. Upon our return, our family began to get sick. We had hired someone to make a minor repair on our home and he discovered we had mold. After hiring an environmental company suggested by ServiceMaster, the environmental testing company determined that we had the mold genus types: Stachybotrys (aka ‘black mold’), Hyphal Fragments, Aspergillus/Penicillium Periconia/Myxomycetes/Smuts, and Chaetomium in our home. From day one, ServiceMaster stayed in touch with us to explain the time and process of mold remediation. They worked with our family's schedule and made every arrangement necessary to ensure a successful remediation process. Michael was both courteous and professional while here. He checked on our home probably more than he needed to but that gave us peace of mind. Thank you to Shawn, and Jordan, our rep, for hanging in there with us until the end. Excellent recommendation for duct cleaning and sanitizing as well. So glad we chose your company!
The ServiceMaster people were here very quickly and started the work of drying out our home immediately. They were very good communicators and made sure that we understood how the process worked and what was next. they were here every day until the process was complete and the house was deemed dry and ready to rebuild the kitchen.
