Really know their stuff and not afraid to get dirty. I could sit here and write all day about these lady's abilities and knowledge. I was just shocked how much they can handle......lifted very heavy materials. If they saw any "critters" they would just deal with it. Me, on the other hand,
would be screaming like a little old lady !!! No Joke !!!!
At any rate, I would use and tell the world about Service Master of Connellsville, PA !!!!
I am just amazed what Gabby and her co-worker can do (I cannot remember her name,, but she was just awesome as well !)
After a misunderstanding on my part, Sharon got back to me to explain the relationship between Service-Master and State Farm. Sharon advised she had spoken to State Farm on my behalf, but, as of now, I have not heard from them. I am quite anxious about State Farm dragging their feet and having had John Duty's and Sara's word that I was insured for this particular problem after they came and looked at the previous repair and assured me it would be covered. I'm extremely displeased that John Duty refuses to speak with my representative. This whole situation could be resolved if someone got to the root of the problem. What about the drain spout outside? You can't find a problem if you don't look and I watched the State Farm claim's guy as he stood in my basement and walked around outside period.
