My experience with service master was sweet, (bitter) due to the lack of communication on my home insurance part. Daniell, who works in the Lovejoy office went over and beyond her job to assist me with the disaster at my home, they(service master) field guys were very informative, they explain the services provided to my home which put me at ease there friendly and most of all show that they care. Because of these reasons, I most definitely would recommend service master.

Service Master was very helpful in restoring our kitchen after a broken pipe. Our lower cabinets and flooring needed to be replaced, and they worked with us to ensure that we got not only the things we needed replaced, but also to make improvements we wanted in the rest of our main level. They were patient with us changing our minds, and helped us to ensure that insurance paid their share of our replacements. The people were all friendly, helpful, and patient, and we could not be happier with our new main level!
