Everything about the process. Your initial rep was professional, helpful, concerned and efficient. The service people who came to the house were knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, efficient and diligent. In a stressful time they were reassuring and capable. At all contact levels I have been very happy with the people and service they provided.

Larry and Andrew handled every aspect of the flooded basement problem: they vacuumed up all of the water, removed furniture to a dry area, took up damaged carpet and took away items with mold. They were extremely helpful and very professional!

Everyone I had contact with, from phone to in-person, was professional and responsive. From the first call, I received a call back in less than ten minutes, with a plan to get a team to my house for emergency tarping. Everyone who came to my house identified themselves, explained what they were going to do, did it, then explained what they did. They behaved kindly and professionally. I felt confident about their knowledge and ability to assess and solve the problems. Each time they needed to return, they called in advance to let me know what they needed to do, why, when, and who would be coming. All work was done as described. Clean-up and care not to make more mess was impressive. I can tell they all care about doing a good job and take pride in their work.
State Farm recommended Service Master. I called and for the next week these folks were unbelievable. Just waiting for the carpet to be cleaned and Monroe Restoration to put our basement back together. Everything in boxes for determination of loss. We have absolutely no regrets making that 1st call.

Called insurance and they said they rotate with ServiceMaster and Serve Pro. ServiceMaster was next in line. ServiceMaster contacted me within the hour and told me who would be coming. Terry and his crew arrived, scoped out the situation and began cleaning. Terry explained and handled everything with a caring professional attitude. He has a wealth of knowledge and answered all of our questions. Terry is #1 in our book!
