The technicians assigned to my house explained everything clearly. They were out 3 times to check on my home over the Labor Day holiday weekend. They checked for water damage behind the walls and removed the water damaged carpet pad.

I cannot speak highly enough of Servicemaster by Monroe Restoration. Their response to my call was extremely timely. I called on Monday. Early Tuesday morning (early per my request) Nate arrived to provide and estimate. The estimate was in my e-mail early afternoon, followed by a call. Becky and Yaya arrived on time Wednesday morning and spent the day. These dear women were kind, helpful and professional. They made me feel confident that I was in good hands and indeed I was. They worked hard and steadily. No lollygagging here. Everything went as I had been told it would. They did a WONDERFUL job. I will call them anytime I need the services they provide and I will recommend them to all my family and friends who might need them. Becky G
