The Fire department sent me back into a house with unhealthy fumes. They didn't inform me of the dangerous chemicals inside. I spent about 4-5 hours in the house with our a mask. I'm a cancer survivor and I didn't need to be exposed. And should have been warned. Thanks to your staff! I'm preparing safely to go into the home to tag what I want to keep. I am extremely happy with the mitigation services that ServiceMaster employees performed during work required to immediately act to stop further damage due to the leakage of a water pipe by setting up drying machines that did the job. They also remove the damaged furniture and rugs, boxed-up items to be protected during restoration, and prepared /cleaned-up the areas affected by the water damage for pending repairs.
