ServiceMaster was more reasonably priced and the service provider, Juan, was kind, responsible, and thorough. He took the time to explain the process and our options before making recommendations. Every contractor has been friendly, professional and timely. I like the way they've communicated with us. Letting us know exactly what would be done and letting us know their eta each day. I especially appreciated Brandon and his team when they cleaned the inside of our house. Having them there lifted a big burden directly after the fires. They gave us hope and peace moving forward. Meeting Tim helped to introduce Service Master. He assured us that they were there to make sure we were comfortable and satisfied with the service they would provide.
