That they tried very hard to satisfy me. Give me assure that day there as good a job as they could. In bed and read when they need it to come back to correct something. I appreciate the effort that all of the guys put in who did the demolition and the restoration. When they could not find part to replace something That was damaged or missing, they replaced the item which was very commendable on their part.

The technician that came to my house discovered the leak was from my hot water heater. I was only expecting fans but he completely torn down the wall and unplugged the heater from it's location. I felt this was above and beyond the service I was expecting. Then the next set of technician came out twice to check on the fans. All three technicians were very polite and professional. I liked service that was provided and felt it was better than Servpro

The service and professionalism of Cleveland and Damien were without doubt some of the best we have ever received. They were very polite and explained ALL phases of what they were to do and how they were doing them as well as being on time as promised, which is a great attribute. I would without doubt refer them to anyone that needs this type of work done to their homes.
