We experienced a furnace fire which resulted in heavy smoke damage to our entire house. ServiceMaster came in, and just like they advertise, our home was cleaned from top to bottom removing all of the smoke soot including the insulation under the house. Josiah and his crew were courteous and thoughtful and since we are both disabled, made sure that we were accommodated by keeping us informed of their progress and asking for our input. Very impressed by their service.

I simply want to say that ServiceMaster Cleaning and Restoration Services by LOMROE.has been great! We had not one but two floods and they have been in charge of drying out our house and especially our tile. Unfortunately, they had to remove some of the tile, but they did a great job cleaning up after the removal. The ServiceMaster employees are friendly, courteous and really have gone out of their way to accommodate the wake up time for two old crazy ladies with five cats. In fact, they twice saved our 25 pound cat from jumping into our crawl space. Amazing. . . cause he's one BIG boy. I would recommend them to anyone in need of this type of service and I'm certainly very happy to give them the highest recommendation. If you have a flood in your home . . . you can't do better than ServiceMaster Cleaning and Restoration Services by LOMROE.
