The communication and customer service were excellent. Always willing to answer questions and make the schedule work for me. The response both of the initial incident and given the greenlight to complete the demo went well. The pack up team did a good job and got it done quickly. Return of the items went well albeit there was conflict with the scheduling of the construction team finishing up. Which led to me personally unpacking the boxes. Furniture and other items were placed as directed in the home. I would recommend Servicemaster as a vendor to choose.
