Kim Witten and his crew worked hard. They made good use of their time, were courteous and sensitive to my needs as a home owner with a disastrous water damage problem. They came according to their announced schedule and cleaned up after each departure. Kim, the lead worker, was very organized and keep his team busy, working with them or overseeing them. He made an effort to set my expectations so that I wasn't unnecessarily inconvenienced or unhappily surprised (water turnoff, drying fans and air scrubber fans noise and heat.
Follow up over the weekend by Riley was not as smooth a process but we worked out our timing for his visits.
Service Master has worked in our neighborhood recently and I agree with the reports I've heard that this is a responsible and accountable operation. That's why I will recommend their services in the future. Hopefully I won't need them!!!
Remaining issues for me is the disparity between the adjuster's estimate on the work that had to be done. The Service Master team's services were much more extensive than that of the adjuster's estimate.
I REQUEST A COPY OF SERVICE MASTER'S REPORT to the insurance company to help me document what was done beyond the adjuster's estimate in hopes that I might get a more equitable payout.

All the techs and service helpers were very friendly and professional. The techs were all very knowledgeable and willing to answer all my questions. They were also very accommodating to work around my schedule.
I sincerely appreciated Rob coming out to put the tarp on my roof when no roofers could be reached. It was not part of his job requirements and He went beyond what he had to do. Also Rob and his on site crew & office staff were extremely patient with all the questions I asked & repeated the answers to me until I understood the process. I am very thankful to all of Service Masters who came to help me.
