I thought that you did a wonderful job. I had the same person each time and that was great. It wouldn't have been great if it had been a random person each time. I think having a random person is very common and you don't get as good of service as having the same person each time. I know I wouldn't have been as happy as I am. The same person each time walks in and he knows what to do and where every thing is and what he did the last time. I know you don't do it this way very often and I am recommending that the same people be on the same job until it is done.
