Vicky and Zack were very friendly and upbeat which was a nice attitude to encounter seeing our basement bathroom was a disaster. Zack and his 2 crew members were very polite and considerate during the clean up and demolition of the walls and bathroom fixtures. Zack quoted us a price and suggested we contact our insurance company which we at first did not think was an option, but the insurance company is going to help us out quite a bit. Zack kept in touch with us when he was away so we never felt like were in the dark with what everyone was going to be doing to help us out. We are both thankful and grateful to Service Master for making our Thanksgiving much more enjoyable.
From the minute I called Service Master for help, my experience was excellent. The gentlemen that toke my information was friendly and informative. When Antwan called he was so friendly and reassuring that Service Master would get the problem handled. When Antwan arrived at the my sister's home I cannot express enough how friendly, informative, patience and understanding he was of our situation. I had complete trust in him.
When the drying process started my sister was very happy with the communication she received from the staff. Thank you Service Master and Antwan for a job well done.
Technicians were courteous and hard working. They arrived at 9:00 am and left about 6:00 pm.
They left a few demo items undone, but should be able to be completed when flooring contractor gets underway.
