They did a wonderful job, communicated with me on a regular basis and very quickly answered all of my questions. Unfortunatly, we had a kitchen fire. The team I worked with at Service Master made (what should have been a very stressful time for my family) smooth and painless. They answered quedstions for me that I didn't even know I had and talked me through the entire process. Thank you so much for such AMAZING service and helping my family through this period of our lives. :o)

All of your Team that came were so knowledgeable and did such a great job on my sewer water back-up in my basement.They were here so quickly, like the next morning after my disaster. They were so kind and respectful to me and my property that could be saved,also informing me of what needed to be thrown out due to contamination. The 6 or 7 guys were in and out of my house for a week monitoring everything so through-- making me feel so taken care of in the mist of my disaster. I want to thank: Curtis-Tom-Kurt-Darius and the 2-3 others of the team
(so sorry I didn't get their names) but they all deserve to be praised for their hard work and wonderful clean-up job. What a great group of men you have, not only representing your Co.
