Sean, Paul, jimmy, and Chris were amazing! My home was a mess and they treated me like I was the main priority. They were efficient and quick. They all need raises! I was absolutely a mess and they took care of everything! What a blessing!
The emergency response time was incredible. The service provided was thorough and performed efficiently. The completed job was priced fairly. The employees were all very friendly and easy to work with. I would hope you are never in need of Service Masters emergency service, but if you are, I definitely recommend you use them.
we made an agreement and you did not do what we agreed on and I paid for a lot of stuff that you got paid for and the labor that went with it . thanks for tuning use into collection company. we were wating for a callback but did not call
I always got a call before arrival. Tim and Chris and another guy ...did not get his name were always polite and thoughtful. They were friendly to my over active dog Ruby. They did not beat up my walls or furniture. I felt comfortable having them in my house.
It's amazing how violated you feel when you have a disaster in your home. That is what really impressed with the ServiceMaster Team as they all came and reassured us that everything would be ok again in our home .it all turned out just as they predicted it would. They always came on time and explained the game plan each time they finished for the day.
My advice is step back and let the experts work their magic.

On a Friday morning at 5:30 AM discovered our water softener decided to flood our laundry room. Paul Tucker of Service Master called at 6:30 AM to let us know they would be at our home at 7:00 AM. Paul and Kirk arrived at 7:00 AM and I appreciated the heads-up to ensure we were properly dressed. They were both professional, personable, and efficient. When Paul discovered I had called a plumber service, he let me know the plumber wouldn’t be able to do anything and would charge me emergency service rates just for showing up. Paul also said the equipment they installed to dry out the flooring would be use quite a bit of electricity and to include the power bills in my insurance claim. During the ensuing week, Lori from Service Masters called me a couple time to find out if I had heard from my insurance agent, kept me informed of her communications, and their next steps. As you can tell, I’m very impressed with the service, professionalism, and customer care from Service Master.
