I had a insurance claim as a result from a fire to a manufacturered home. Servicemaster was contracted by the insurance company to video the home and don't a estimate on damages. I used my lunch hour to meet with Servicemaster they arrived exactly on time and were very thorough, friendly and professional. Iam also a property manager and look forward to using them for the properties I manage.

I was a residential real estate agent for 30 years in Santa Barbara, CA. I recommended Service Master to my clients, 2 of which had serious flooding conditions while on vacations. My clients had excellent results. I personally had a small flooding condition in Meridian, Idaho and used ServiceMaster with good results. Service is fine but do not appreciate the "Mushroom" approach in that we are not getting documentation of things that are happening, even though we have to authorize everything with a signature. Was told that information will be provided UPON COMPLETION OF THE PROJECT!
