Will Pratt was there asap the day we needed him! His knowledge, experience, expertise, professionalism, courtesy, and sincere care gave us complete confidence in the ability of Service Master to manage our situation well, which they did. Will took time to answer all of our questions and thoroughly explained the process from start to finish. The only downside is that the fans are extraordinarily noisy but that cannot be helped and we were unable to stay elsewhere.

Woke up one Saturday morning to find a leaking water heater and a small lake in the house. Servicemaster was out to the house shortly after the call. The gentlemen were courteous, efficient, and knew what they were doing. After the fans were installed, they called us every time they came by the house to check the moisture levels and kept us informed. They relieved a lot of worries in a stressful time.
